Programmatic SEO and paid search drive a meaningful share of our revenue; your mandate is to >10x our marketing growth engine . What You'll Own Paid Search (Google Ads) : Rebuild and scale campaigns while maintaining CAC discipline. Ruthlessly A/B test ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bid strategies. Automate keyword mining, negative lists, and budget pacing. SEO (Programmatic + Editorial) : Expand on our programmatic SEO strategy. Run continuous experiments to drive clicks, impressions, and conversions. Drive content creation, backlink building, analytics, and everything SEO end-to-end. Analytics & Experimentation : Build G4A + PostHog funnels, Looker Studio dashboards, and weekly experiment scorecards. Define success metrics before shipping and run at least six tests per week. Outbound & Demand Generation : Coordinate Instantly email sequences, including list building, copy, and deliverability. Own attribution across inbound and outbound channels. New Growth Initiatives : everything in between the above, and beyond! Who You Are You have 2+ years of hands-on growth experience at a high-velocity tech company, agency, or marketplace. You have a proven track record of effectively and profitably managing search advertising campaigns with $30k+ monthly spend. You have shipped 100+ SEO pages and understand faceted navigation, Lighthouse scores, and Core Web Vitals. You are AI-native: a prompt engineer, not a prompt tourist. You have an extreme ownership mindset you treat CAC:LTV like your own P&L. You thrive in ambiguity and pace "figure-it-out" is your default setting. Bonus: insurance/fintech domain knowledge or experience marketing to US SMBs.
