Key Responsibilities: • Customer Interaction & Sales: • Engage with walk-in and referred customers at the showroom. • Understand customer preferences, budget, and requirements to recommend suitable car models. • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about cars, features, and competitors. • Lead Management & Follow-ups: • Maintain and follow up with leads generated from various sources (walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries, events, etc.). • Ensure timely follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp to nurture potential buyers. • Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers for repeat sales and referrals. • Documentation & Financing Assistance: • Assist customers with the car booking process, loan approvals, and documentation. • Coordinate with banks/finance teams for smooth loan processing. • Ensure timely completion of vehicle delivery formalities. • Customer Service & Retention: • Provide an outstanding customer experience throughout the purchase journey. • Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally. • Stay connected with customers post-sale for feedback, service reminders, and future purchases. • Achieving Sales Targets & Reporting: • Work towards achieving individual and showroom sales targets. • Keep records of sales performance and submit regular reports to the sales manager. • Stay updated on market trends and competitor pricing. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: • Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, or related fields). AREA TO BE EXPERTISE: • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. • Good inter-personal skills. • Enthusiastic learner and a team worker
