Key Responsibilities. • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings including floor plans, sections, and layouts. • Conduct site surveys to collect accurate data. • Update drawings based on survey findings, client inputs, and design modifications. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams for seamless workflows. • Prepare as-built drawings and fire escape route plans as per project needs. • Ensure adherence to NBC, NFPA, and other relevant standards. • Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings. 3. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting and detailing). • Knowledge of building codes, fire safety standards, and drawing practices. • Familiarity with site survey techniques and measuring tools.
