We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, conducting project site visits, and managing the entire sales process — from understanding client needs to closing the deal. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers through calls, messages, whatsapp and in-person meetings. Schedule and conduct project site visits, highlighting key project features and benefits. Understand customer requirements in detail, including budget, family preferences, location, and Vastu considerations. Provide personalized property recommendations based on client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Follow up proactively with leads and assist them throughout the decision-making process. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth. Requirements: Excellent communication and sales skills. Strong customer understanding and convincing ability. Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable personality. Experienced from any industry and freshers both can apply.
