Supportive Executive (BDE Role)

We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Supportive Executive to assist our Business Development efforts in Theni. This role is ideal for candidates with basic mobile and computer handling skills who are passionate about empowering local vendors and driving community commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Business Development Executives (BDEs) in onboarding local vendors/dealers and customers
• Provide technical support for app installation, vendor/dealer registration, and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with local dealers and distributors to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain records and reports using mobile and computer tools
• Act as a field representative to promote StreetMall’s mission in the region

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and computer operations
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with vendors and customers
• Willingness to travel within Theni district
• Self-motivated and community-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualification
