Job Role: Supporting Staff

Type: Permanent

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Roles and Responsibilities

Serve as a key liaison to the Chairman and Managing Director, ensuring VIP guests are welcomed and made comfortable during their visits.
Manage kitchen operations and oversee floor arrangements to maintain smooth functioning and high standards of hospitality.
Ensure timely service of tea, snacks, and refreshments to senior executives and guests.
Prepare and organize meeting arrangements, including seating, refreshments, and required materials, to ensure a professional and seamless experience.
Coordinate with internal teams and support staff to uphold cleanliness, orderliness, and efficiency in all service areas.
