Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Procurement
Source and purchase production materials, fabrics, trims, and other supplies as per design and production requirements
Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Compare prices, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries
Packing & Shipping
Pack finished products safely and neatly for shipping
Prepare shipping labels and coordinate with courier partners
Ensure timely dispatch of orders and maintain shipment records
Inventory Management
Track and maintain stock levels of raw materials and finished goods
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
Organize inventory storage to ensure easy access and safety of materials
Office Support
Assist in basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and record maintenance
Support other departments with day-to-day operational tasks
Keep the workspace clean and organized

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of purchasing, inventory, and shipping processes
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Physically fit and capable of handling packing and material movement
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
