Key Responsibilities: Purchasing & Procurement Source and purchase production materials, fabrics, trims, and other supplies as per design and production requirements Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers Compare prices, negotiate terms, and ensure timely deliveries Packing & Shipping Pack finished products safely and neatly for shipping Prepare shipping labels and coordinate with courier partners Ensure timely dispatch of orders and maintain shipment records Inventory Management Track and maintain stock levels of raw materials and finished goods Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies Organize inventory storage to ensure easy access and safety of materials Office Support Assist in basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and record maintenance Support other departments with day-to-day operational tasks Keep the workspace clean and organized Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory) Basic knowledge of purchasing, inventory, and shipping processes Good organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and work independently Physically fit and capable of handling packing and material movement Strong attention to detail and reliability Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Shift: Day shift Evening shift Fixed shift Work Days: Weekend availability Work Location: In person

Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Generate financial reports for management review and analysis. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis reports. Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Assist in tax planning and optimization strategies. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial data. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records. Identify and address any control deficiencies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
