Job Title: Support Executive

Core Responsibilities:
· Analyze case conditions, evaluate associated record or document, and process as per defined guidelines.
· Understand and respond to customer queries through appropriate communication channels (email/teams).
· Ensure accuracy and completeness in data entry and documentation.
· Meet or exceed daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve process-related issues.
· Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (2023/2024/2025 passed outs)
· Reasonable verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Ability to comprehend customer issues and respond appropriately.
· Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common tools (MS Office, CRM systems).
· Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
· Willingness to meet performance expectations.
Preferred:
· Prior experience in a BPO or similar process-driven environment.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
