Job Description

Claiming the purchase bills related to services, stores and Raw Material
At the end of the month checking the purchase register to ensure correct claim and unclaimed of ITC as per GST laws
Identifying the system discrepancies and Mismatch in reports & Raising the HSD for the same.
Reconciliation of GST Recoverable GL. Ensuring minimum balance at the month end.
Checking the Proper TDS provision has been taken care of while passing the voucher by bill passing team.
Regular follow up with the bill passing team to avoid fund blockage & get the bills on time to avoid hustle at the month end.
If found non-compliance vendor recovery from vendor with proper communication of user department.
Preparation of D FORM & Hard copy invoice Documentation. Consolidation of HSD purchase data for both Renukoot and Renusagar on monthly basis. Verify counter party data & prepare D form for respective vendor.
RCM self-invoicing Program.
Support in preparation of Tax Audit & Income tax assessment data.
