Job Description

1. SAP Co-ordination : 1. Ensuring timely data feeding in SAP 2. Achievement of targets given by management from time to time 3. Vendor / Transport development for future business 4. Implementation of new ideas for cost reduction 2. Bill Passing : 1. 1. Ensuring timely bill passing of vendors 3. Forms / Invoice : 1. Arrange to get quotations and comparisons to get it approved for HOD logistics for long term contracts 2. Arranging issue of contract to vendors before start of loading and unloading 4. Ensure timely Loading of material with zero complain from Customer and followed by safety guidelines of company. Proper planning for dispatch and yard management with full cooperation to QC and other concern department and also follow safety guidelines. 5. Dispatch : 1. Coordinate with marketing and qc to dispatch of ready available billets and try to Min FG stock in yard. 2. Effective utilization of resources including manpower to achieve the targets as per planning. 3. Ensure Export dispatch with proper packing and marking and Target as per given by marketing and accuracy 100%
