Supply Planning Solution Architect/Config Lead

As a Config Lead for o9 Supply Planning, your role involves leading the configuration, testing, and support of o9 Supply Planning solutions for clients across various industries. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and deliver value through intelligent supply chain planning. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the complete lifecycle of projects including build, configuration, and delivery of o9 solutions to customers in different industries and geographies. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and o9 experts to ensure project success. - Map business requirements into o9's platform, creating a clear and achievable blueprint. - Configure o9 models, planning workflows, and analytics dashboards to meet client needs. - Define and implement data integration strategies between o9 and enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or other ERPs. - Conduct user training, coordinate with the change management team, and provide post-go-live support to drive adoption. - Help improve internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by collaborating with development and operations teams. - Support customer demonstrations and act as a mentor to junior team members. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in o9 implementation and supply chain planning. - Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP. - Experience in configuring and deploying o9's Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) and Data Model in multiple end-to-end implementations. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data transformations. - Ability to work with large datasets, APIs, and cloud-based analytics tools. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on realizing business value. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. - Consulting or client-facing experience in industries such as CPG, Retail, Pharma, or Manufacturing.,
