- Supply Chain Expertise: Serve as the primary SME for end-to-end supply chain value streams, specifically focusing on the following core processes within the Retail/Consumer sector:
Source to Contract (S2C)
Demand to Pay (D2P)
Order to Cash (O2C)
Record to Report (R2R)
- Process Analysis & Automation Identification: Conduct detailed analysis of current supply chain processes (As-Is) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and high-impact opportunities for Intelligent Automation (RPA, AI/ML, etc.).
- Business Analysis & Requirements: Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders across Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales. Translate complex business needs and process flows into clear, detailed technical specifications, user stories, and functional requirements for the automation development teams.
- Solution Design & Validation: Partner with technical teams to define the future state (To-Be) processes, ensuring the proposed automation solutions are functionally aligned with supply chain best practices and deliver measurable ROI.
- Communication & Collaboration: Act as the critical bridge between the Supply Chain business users and the technical automation teams, ensuring mutual understanding and successful delivery of solutions
Sr. Manager : Responsible for Presales and driving end to end Engagements
- Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience within or deeply supporting Supply Chain functions (e.g., Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Order Management) in the Retail or Consumer Goods industry.
- Value Stream Knowledge: Expert-level functional knowledge of Source to Contract, Demand to Pay, and Order to Cash end-to-end value streams.
- Automation Background: Solid understanding of process automation principles and practical experience identifying and supporting the implementation of RPA or other digital solutions.
- Business Analysis Skills: Proven ability to perform detailed process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), gap analysis, and comprehensive documentation of functional requirements.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex process and technical details to diverse audiences, from operations staff to executive leadership.
- Understanding of Agentic Automation
