Supply Chain Specialist 4-(Inventory Analyst)

As an Inventory Analyst at the company, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of finish goods inventory (FGI) in all direct order fulfillment hubs, including RMA inventory. Your role will involve managing SAP transactions, cycle counts, reconciliation reporting, and stocking inventory for DOA replacement orders. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and maintain stocking levels at US hub for TAA sales order fulfillment - Execute SAP transactions for RMA, inventory adjustments, hub-to-hub transfers, and purge returns - Conduct monthly reconciliation of FGI at hub locations across AMER, EMEA, and APAC - Monitor daily receipt transactions in SAP for RMA inventory based on reports from Juniper Hubs - Create RTV POs in SAP for returns to manufacturing and monitor shipment transactions - Provide reports on RMA and Credit Note status to Manufacturing partners - Analyze stocking levels at each hub for DOA inventory and manage replenishment - Review aging of inventory in DOA stocking locations and arrange returns to manufacturers - Monitor stocking levels against DOA order bookings and adjust mid-cycle if necessary - Measure performance of each DOA stocking location on shipment turnaround time and provide reports to management Qualifications Required: - Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners - Proficiency in Excel, including lookups, pivots, and charts - Strong knowledge of SAP transactions: Sales Order and Delivery Processing, Purchasing, Inventory Management - Attention to detail and transactional accuracy - Effective workload management to meet specific turnaround times - Analytical approach to troubleshooting and error prevention through process or system improvement Education and Experience: - Minimum BS degree - 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Customer Service (Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description),
