TE Connectivity's Business Intelligence Teams are responsible for the processing, mining, and delivery of data to their customer community through repositories, tools, and services. You will be tasked with collecting and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform business strategies and decision-making processes for customer supply chain. Additionally, you will develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to monitor and track supply chain performance. You will also assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and identify solutions to potential supply chain risks and challenges. Moreover, your responsibilities will include building data models, performing data mining to discover new opportunities and areas of improvement, conducting data quality checks, and developing predictive and prescriptive data models to support forecasting and optimization efforts. You will present your findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner and deliver core and ad hoc analysis along with first-level interpretation to provide insights and support decision-making to Account Managers, Sub-vertical Leads, and other cross-functional teams. Furthermore, you will generate and maintain business decision-specific reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using multiple AI/BI tools, Business Objects, SAP, SQL Server, and other sources. You should have the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, business-friendly language and be willing to work with stakeholders across different time zones globally. Flexibility to work across different time zones is essential to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, business analytics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2+ years of work experience in a related role. You should have proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics and proficiency in statistical analysis tools like Advanced Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of Data Engineering tools and strong understanding of supply chain management concepts are also required.
