Job Purpose To support the sales team in converting qualified leads into successful business opportunities by conducting site visits, understanding client wastewater challenges, demonstrating products, and ensuring effective coordination between clients and the company. 2. Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in converting leads into confirmed deals through consistent follow-ups. 2. Conduct site visits to assess STP/ETP operations and identify key challenges. 3. Support in conducting product demonstrations and clearly explain product applications to clients. 4. Gather technical data from sites (MLSS, BOD/COD, sludge handling, odor issues, etc.). 5. Coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable and effective solutions. 6. Prepare detailed site visit reports and share them with the management team. 7. Provide initial guidance to clients during product trials and implementation. 8. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. 3. Job Requirements Education: Graduate with a scientific and problem solving attitude. Experience: 0–1 year of experience in sales support, wastewater treatment, or related technical sales roles. Skills: • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to clients. • Good interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and problem-solving mindset. Other Requirements: • Willingness to travel frequently within and outside Delhi. • Honest, self-driven, and highly customer-oriented attitude. 4.
