We are seeking a skilled Workday Core HCM Consultant with over 3 years of experience in configuration to join our Bangalore team. As a consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Core HCM processes in Workday to ensure smooth HR operations and meet business requirements. Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining Workday Core HCM business processes, tenant setup, and organization structures. You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions. Additionally, you will support the configuration of positions, job profiles, organizations, staffing models, and supervisory structures. System testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) will also be part of your role. It will be crucial for you to ensure compliance with HR policies and local statutory requirements, troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and manage enhancements in Core HCM. You will also be responsible for documenting system configurations and providing knowledge transfer/training to business teams. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM configuration. Strong expertise in staffing models, supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, and Core HCM business processes is required. Experience in Workday configuration, testing, and support is essential, along with a good understanding of HR operations and processes. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are also important for this role.,
