Supervisor - supply chain and warehouse

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily local supplies from the warehouse to customers. You will be required to coordinate order picking, loading, and dispatch activities with the warehouse and delivery teams. Monitoring delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate supplies to HORECA and bakery customers will be a crucial part of your role. Your duties will also include checking and verifying supply documents such as sales orders, bills, and acknowledgment copies. You will act as the first point of contact for any delivery issues, including but not limited to short supply, damages, returns, and expiry. Your role will involve coordinating resolutions for such issues and supporting the billing team by verifying and forwarding cases that require credit notes. Tracking fleet availability for local deliveries and collaborating with the fleet maintenance supervisor when necessary will be essential tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining records and reports related to daily supplies and pending issues. Effective communication between operations, sales, billing, and delivery teams will be a key aspect of your daily activities. Additionally, you will participate in daily morning briefings to plan and prioritize supply tasks efficiently. This role is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location. Experience in using Tally ERP for at least 2 years is preferred for this role.
