Job Title/ Designation : Supervisor (Melting / QC/ Production)
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Metallurgy/ Diploma in Mechanical / BE.Mech
Experience: Minimum 0–5 years of relevant experience in a steel plant or heavy industrial environment

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in melting alloys for casting or further processing.
• Ensure melting procedures meet metallurgical and safety standards.
• Schedule and monitor furnace operations including loading, melting, alloying, and pouring.
• Inspect equipment and troubleshoot issues related to furnaces, crucibles, ladles, and temperature controls.
• Maintain accurate production and material usage records.
• Train and mentor furnace operators and support staff on proper melting techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor raw material input (scrap metals, alloying agents) and ensure proper alloy composition through sampling and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including proper handling of molten metal and waste.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to verify that melted alloys meet required chemical compositions and specifications.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
