Supervisor - Interior Design Projects

Summary: Project Supervision for the execution of end-to-end interior design projects to deliver quality and timely implementation.

Office Location: Kundanahalli, Bangalore

Working days: Monday to Saturday

It is Field project management for Interior Design project

Experience : Minimum 2 years of working on Interior Design projects

Responsibilities

SUPERVISOR ROLE

Proven working experience in Residential Site Execution & Modular kitchen

Site Supervision for Interior work includes dealing with Flooring, Tiling, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electric work, POP work, Painting, etc.

Knowledge of Auto Cad Software.

Should be able to read 2D drawings, do site measurements, and coordinate with factories.

Knowledge of Billing of Materials.

Quotation Checking, Technical Details

Ability to handle site coordination, drawing coordination with contractors, and managing the site, in a sincere and disciplined way.

Material Procurement & co-ordination as & when required.

Verification of bills & quantities

Qualifications

• Min 1-2 year experience in the modular furniture or residential interior industry.
• Degree/Diploma course in Civil Engineering or Interiors
• Candidate must be proficient in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada preferred
• Candidate must have a two-wheeler and he must be comfortable traveling to sites across Bangalore
