Job Description

  • Operate and supervise day-to-day activities of injection moulding machines
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot process-related issues
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth production
  • Train and guide operators and helpers
  • Maintain proper documentation of production and downtime
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Technical Skills Required –

  • Good knowledge of injection moulding process and machine operations
  • Ability to handle mould changes, machine setting, and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of quality parameters and production targets
  • Basic knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • Day shift
