Supervisor- Feed Mill

As a Feedmill Production Supervisor at our company located in Narwar, Ajmer (Rajasthan), your role will primarily involve managing feed production, overseeing workers, and ensuring adherence to proper processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising daily feed production & mixing processes - Ensuring correct formula and maintaining quality standards - Managing and providing guidance to feedmill workers - Monitoring machinery operations and maintaining cleanliness - Keeping records of raw material inventory and feed output - Adhering to safety and hygiene regulations To excel in this role, you should ideally possess: - Previous experience in feed mill or factory operations is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and solve problems - Disciplined approach and focus on following processes accurately The offered salary for this position ranges from 18K to 20K per month on a CTC basis.
