Timely Report of Employees Follow-up
Receiving & OOR Process to be completed in the designated time-line.
Performance Follow-up
Early Morning Delivery - 80% at 12 Noon
DA Live Tracking of Bad Scan & DPMD & Speed of delivery to be
assigned by 5pm to team & Follow up on the same.
Each DA target to be assigned
Daily Briefing to be given DSR - 98% (Delivery Success Rate)
Bad Scan -
Below 2% POD -40%
DPMO-0
Aging should be clear
Behavior should be soft spoken & Professional
Office decorum to be maintained.
Reco to be done by 12 Noon & max till 1 pm daily basis without any failure or
follow-up
Report creation & Flash over mail &WhatsApp Group & Chime Group.
Office premises closure discipline to be maintained & done before aligned time
guidance Driving below metrics of all the stations to ensure station scorecard - 9.5+
