Role & Key Responsibilities: Kitchen & Operations Supervision Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring hygiene, order accuracy, and timely dispatch Coordinate between kitchen staff, delivery partners, and order platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement planning Ensure adherence to food safety standards Data Entry & Admin Maintain accurate records of daily orders, expenses, and inventory Update sales and performance reports in Excel or cloud-based software Assist in vendor coordination and documentation Basic Accounting Support Track daily revenue, cash flow, and petty expenses Record purchases, input invoices, and reconcile accounts with accountant Prepare basic reports for monthly reviews and audits
