Job Title: Production Incharge – CNC Machine-shop Reporting to: DGM-Operations Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing daily production activities in the CNC Machine-shop. Ensures efficient machine utilization, job planning, CNC programming, setting, and timely delivery of components as per quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule daily production based on job priorities and delivery targets. Prepare and optimize CNC programs (Turning, Milling, VMC, etc.) using relevant software. Set up machines and guide operators for first-piece approval. Monitor machine performance, tool life, and cycle time for productivity improvement. Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/rejection. Maintain machine maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering. 5–8 years of experience in CNC Machine-shop (Turning & Milling). Proficient in CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.). Strong knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and machining processes. Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments. Good leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, OEMs, and distributors. Monitor the activities of the sales team, including setting goals. Coordinate with R&D and production teams to align product offerings with market needs. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Set sales targets, forecast demand and regular reports for management. Monitoring competitor activity, market trends and customer needs. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand positioning. Ensure compliance with commercial terms, pricing policies, and contract requirements. Requirements: Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business /Engineering or a related field. 10–15 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably 3 years in pump sales.
