We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling Executive – Home Deliveries to support and coordinate our home delivery operations across multiple supermarket locations. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to manage customer orders, confirm delivery details, and coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
