Role Overview We’re seeking a Legal Journalist Researcher who will serve as a bridge between legal expertise, journalistic research, and AI technology. The ideal candidate is a legally trained communicator with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for legal innovation. You will play a crucial role in researching legal frameworks, understanding the Indian legal ecosystem, interacting with legal professionals, and translating insights into structured documentation to support AI product development. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth legal research and create clear, insightful content for legal workflows Interview lawyers, judges, and legal professionals to understand user pain points Translate legal findings into actionable AI product requirements and use cases Develop content for multi-channel communication including thought leadership, blog posts, and internal knowledge bases Collaborate with AI engineers and product managers to build training datasets and validate legal tech features Track emerging trends in the legal tech and Indian law space for continuous innovation Qualifications Educational Background Bachelors or Masters in communication Strong command of English (Tamil proficiency preferred) Preferred Add-Ons Law Degree (LLB) would be an advantage Exposure to AI, legal tech tools, or data analysis (optional but valued) Experience 2+ years in legal journalism, content creation, or legal research Experience in court reporting, legal blogging, or working with legal publications Demonstrated ability to analyze and summarize judicial decisions or case laws Interaction with legal professionals (e.g., interviews or user research) Core Skills Strong legal knowledge of Indian legal systems and procedures Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex legal topics Proficient in legal research methodologies and use of databases Comfortable working with AI/tech teams to define legal workflows Curious, detail-oriented, and driven to explore legal innovation Why Join Us? We're growing fast and are currently looking for a Frontend Engineer who’s excited to shape the interfaces lawyers will use daily. Responsibilities Design and build sleek, responsive UIs for SuperLaw’s GenAI-powered legal tools using React , Next.js , and TypeScript . Work closely with our design, product, and AI teams to translate complex legal workflows into intuitive interfaces. Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and collaborate with backend/AI engineers for real-time features and document generation. Optimize performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across browsers and devices. Contribute to UI/UX thinking, component libraries, and internal design systems. ● Continuously improve frontend best practices, testing, and CI/CD processes. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in modern frontend development. Proficiency in React.js , TypeScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript (ES6+) . ● Experience with component libraries like Tailwind , or Material UI . ● Comfort with Git, REST/GraphQL APIs, and frontend tooling (Vite/Webpack, ESLint, etc.). Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser behavior. Bonus: Experience with real time features, collaborative UIs, or AI/ML-powered products.
