We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, building strong customer relationships, increasing brand awareness, and driving lead generation and sales through field engagement. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional activities in designated areas. Conduct market visits, product demonstrations, and field events to promote the brand. Identify potential markets and customers to generate leads and acquire new clients. Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, merchandise) effectively in the field. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align field activities with overall marketing strategies. Collect customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions. Ensure proper branding at all activation points and event locations. Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and other channel partners. Prepare daily/weekly reports on campaign performance and field activities.
