We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage and expand our distribution network in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for appointing super stockists and stockists, developing strong market penetration strategies, and leading overall sales operations in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: Identify and appoint super stockists and stockists to expand the distribution network. Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and key stakeholders. Monitor sales performance, secondary sales, and ensure stock availability. Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery. Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and suggest promotional strategies. Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to management. Candidate Requirements: 10 -15 years of hands-on experience in FMCG sales and distribution management . Strong understanding of the Hyderabad market and FMCG distribution structure. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage a team, and drive business results. Proven ability to achieve targets and expand market share.
