This is a full-time role for a Life Skills Teacher at Ducat, our trusted partner. The traine rhas to counsel studnets and deliver batches at the Ducat center in Greater Noida. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Life Skills Teacher to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will not only prepare and deliver engaging content but also play a key role in admission counselling and guiding students (Classes 6–12) in areas critical for their future success, such as Financial Literacy, Soft Skills, Design Thinking, and Entrepreneurship . This role blends teaching, mentorship, and counselling with an entrepreneurial spirit to inspire and prepare students for the challenges of the 21st century. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Development & Delivery ● Research, design, and prepare lesson plans, activities, and materials for topics including Financial Literacy, Soft Skills, Design Thinking, and Entrepreneurship. ● Deliver interactive and experiential classroom sessions for students of Classes 6–12. ● Use storytelling, case studies, and gamified activities to make learning engaging and relatable. ● Continuously update content to align with NEP 2020 guidelines and evolving industry needs. 2. Student Engagement & Counselling ● Conduct admission counselling sessions for students and parents, explaining the value of life skills programs. ● Mentor students, guiding them in personal growth, leadership, and problem-solving skills. ● Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual development. 3. Center Operations & Outreach ● Support center management in conducting workshops, seminars, and events. ● Participate in parent-teacher interactions to build strong relationships with families. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth academic and non-academic operations at the center. Qualifications & Skills Education: ● Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Psychology, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields. ● Certification/experience in Financial Literacy, Design Thinking, or Soft Skills Training will be an added advantage. Experience: ● 2–5 years of teaching/training experience in schools, learning centers, or youth programs. ● Prior experience in counselling or student engagement will be preferred. Skills & Attributes: ● Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi. ● Ability to design and deliver engaging, activity-based sessions . ● Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with students aged 11–18. ● Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for education and youth development. ● Basic knowledge of MS Office, digital tools, and e-learning platforms.
