About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including onboarding, documentation, and orientation for new joiners. 2. Maintain and update all employee records including personal details, attendance, leave tracking, performance, payroll, and other related documentation. 3. Handle payroll for all employees, monthly salary payments, expense tracking, employee reimbursements, and any other accounting support. 4. Arrange and coordinate facilities for meetings, workshops, travel bookings, and accommodation handling. 5. Support the company with day-to-day operations, internal communications, grievance redressal, and any other operational support, when needed. 6. Act as the primary point of contact for all employee queries, day-to-day HR needs, and employee management in a fast-paced startup environment. 7. Organise and manage internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities to encourage a positive and healthy work culture.
