Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business. Follow up on leads, manage the sales cycle, and achieve assigned targets. Prepare sales reports, update CRM, and maintain documentation. Preferred candidate profile 1-3 years of experience in selling software or ERP solutions. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Basic understanding of accounting or jewelry business operations is a plus.

Role & responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Management : Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions across platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring optimal performance and security. Automation & Scripting : Automate repetitive tasks and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Gyro. Cloud Security : Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including identity management, data protection, and vulnerability assessments. Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and uptime, addressing incidents and service interruptions promptly. Collaboration : Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to integrate cloud solutions into existing systems and improve operational efficiency. Optimization : Analyze and optimize the cost, performance, and scalability of cloud infrastructure. Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for cloud architecture, processes, and system configurations. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in cloud technology and contribute to team improvements. Preferred candidate profile Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Stackdriver. Experience with cloud databases like SQL Server, RDS, DynamoDB, or BigQuery. Expertise in SQL Server performance tuning and optimization.
