Role Overview: You will be working as a Therapist specializing in paediatric rehab, with a focus on children with Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and Delayed Development. Your dedication and passion for working with kids will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide therapy sessions to children with various conditions such as Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and Delayed Development. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Continuously learn and improve your skills through training and professional development opportunities. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports. - Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the children during therapy sessions. Qualifications Required: - Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Clinical/Rehab Psychologists with RCI certification. - Willingness to undergo training and clinical development before transitioning to a paid therapist role. - Commitment to a minimum of 1 year of service with our organization. Please note that preference will be given to locally based therapists from Ahmedabad. The job duration is 6 hours, either from 2 to 8pm or 3 to 9pm based on the patient's schedule.
