Job Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets through effective market engagement and business development strategies. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and identify potential customers for solar EPC projects. Conduct site visits and assess client requirements for solar installations. Prepare and present customized techno-commercial proposals to clients. Negotiate and finalize deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure excellent customer service. Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure timely project execution. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and government policies in the solar sector. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA (Marketing/Energy Management) preferred. Experience: 1 to 4 years of sales experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Electrical industry. Experience in B2B or industrial solar project sales is an added advantage. Skills:· Good understanding of solar systems and basic electrical knowledge. · Able to communicate clearly and make strong presentations. · Confident in talking to clients and closing sales deals. · Motivated to achieve sales targets and solve problems effectively. · Comfortable using computers, MS Office, and simple sales software. · Ready to travel often for client visits and project meetings.
