Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. As a Field Officer, you will oversee day-to-day security and housekeeping operations, manage security personnel including housekeeping boys, pantry boys, bouncers, guards, and gunmen, and ensure the safety and security of designated areas. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with clients, reporting incidents, and ensuring compliance. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills Effective communication and coordination abilities Knowledge of security protocols and safety procedures Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in the security industry is a plus Ability to work on-site and handle a full-time schedule Relevant certifications or training in security and safety management
