Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhanbad for a Sous Chef at Sunny's Food & Beverages Pvt. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and overseeing kitchen staff. You will be responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, and ordering and managing inventory. Further, you will oversee the training of new staff, ensure consistency in food quality, and develop new recipes and cooking techniques to delight our customers. Qualifications Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management Proficiency in menu planning, inventory management, and food safety protocols Ability to oversee and train kitchen staff Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience is preferred Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
