Desired Candidate Profile: Female candidate with Masters in HR. Experience in Advertising Agency or Print Production House would be an added advantage. Responsibilities  Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes  Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.  Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and independently resolve any HR issues that may arise.  Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.  Undertake tasks around performance management.  Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.  Organize monthly, quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.  Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits & organizing team building activities.  Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.  Handling HR related events for moral boosting  Annual Performance Appraisal  Charting out the eligibility list distribution curve  Defining Appraisal Committee, Rolling out Appraisal Calendar  Preparation of Final Summary Sheets  Preparation & Handovers of letters to Business Heads  Provide Support in Annual Business Planning & Strategy Deployment and Policy Formulation  Statutory Compliances  Succession Planning  Assess training needs to design, deliver and monitor relevant training initiatives.  Payroll Supervision  Handle Campus hirings Who is the perfect candidate for this role  An individual contributor who can evaluate organization vision, mission, structures, processes and people and recommend, design and facilitate implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with the overall direction of the organization  Master degree in Business Management (HR Specialization) with 3-5 years experience in a Generalist HR profile.  Good command over language both written and verbal  Should be well versed with Government policies with respect to employee hiring and retention  Outstanding logical and critical thinking skills.  Should be able to handle employee issues independently.  Proven ability to analyze problems and provide effective HR solutions.
