PLC programming and troubleshooting for various platforms(E.G., LS, Mitsubishi, Pro-face, etc.) Designing and implementing electrical wiring and control systems Proven experience handling at least over 100 I/O Deep knowledge of Electrical Manufacturing process Understanding of Project requirements Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes design, control and implement electrical systems and products. Preparing BOM Requirement for the Project The project should be complete project within scheduled time of period. Hands-on experience in SPM Proficient in wiring and electrical schematics Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Must be willing and able to travel for business (including overseas if required)
Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain LabVIEW applications for test, measurement, control, or automation systems. Create and implement NI hardware-based solutions (DAQ, cDAQ, PXI, CompactRIO, etc.). Develop user interfaces, data logging, and reporting features. Work with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to understand system requirements and translate them into Labview code. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code for performance and reliability. Create and maintain software documentation, including version control and test procedures. Perform integration and validation testing of hardware and software systems. Support existing Labview applications and test setups. Follow NI best practices and software engineering methodologies (e.g., State Machines, Producer-Consumer, and Queued Message Handlers). Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems. Preferred candidate profile * Bachelors degree in Computer science or related field * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred, though candidates with strong skills and practical experience will be considered(Additional points if able to handle C++ programming) * Hands-on experience in SPM * Strong analytical and programming skills * Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities * Must be willing and able to travel for business(including overseas if required)
