Role & responsibilities Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear based on their needs and preferences. Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and frame choices. Conduct basic eye measurements (PD, frame fitting, etc.). Manage inventory, product displays, and store cleanliness. Meet sales targets and upsell premium products. Process orders and maintain accurate customer records. Coordinate with lab/optometrists for order fulfilment and after-sales service. Stay updated with the latest trends in eyewear and optical technology. Preferred candidate profile 1 to 3 years of experience in optical retail or eyewear sales. Knowledge of frames, lenses, and optical accessories. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality. Basic computer knowledge (billing, order processing).
