Sales Target Achievement: • • Proactively sell Milk and Milk Products to HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) establishments. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. 2. Reporting and Communication: • • Provide daily sales reports to the Branch Manager, highlighting achievements and challenges. Maintain regular communication with the management team regarding market trends and customer feedback. 3. Customer Relationship Management: • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails. • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via email and phone, addressing customer needs and concerns. 4. Market Analysis: • Gather valuable market and customer information to identify opportunities and potential challenges. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. 5. Product Knowledge and Promotion: • Stay updated on product developments and upcoming releases. • Advise customers on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions. Eligibility requirements: • • • Graduate with a preference for computer literacy (MS Office skills). Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the Food & Dairy Industry. Basic English proficiency and fluency in local language. • • Possession of a valid driving license in accordance with local regulations. Maximum age limit: 39 years. Previous Product Experience: • • Fresh milk and Dairy products FMCG edible products Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language is mandatory. Demographic Exposure: Should be familiar with assigned local routes.
