Achieving Sales Targets and Distribution Network Expansion: Drive efforts to meet and exceed sales targets within the designated territory. Expand the distribution network through effective relationship management with distributors. 2. Sales Realization and Outstanding Reconciliation: Regularly collect sales realization and reconcile outstanding payments promptly. 3. Logistics and Timely Distribution: Organize and oversee logistics to ensure the timely distribution of Milk Products to various outlets. 4. Market Intelligence and Gap Identification: Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential gaps in marketing strategies. 5. Customer Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 6. Market and Customer Information Gathering: Collect relevant market and customer information for strategic decision-making. 7. Product Development and Promotion: Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions to drive sales. 8. Sales Categories: Manage both Primary and Secondary Sales effectively. 9. Distribution Management: Oversee and optimize distribution channels to enhance efficiency. 10. Target Achievement: Strive to achieve and surpass set sales targets. 11. Demographic Exposure: Should be familiar with assigned local routes. Eligibility requirements: Graduate with preferable computer literacy (MS Office). Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience, with a preference for the Food & Dairy Industry. Basic English proficiency and proficiency in the local language. Possess a valid driving license as per local regulations in the location. Maximum age limit: 39 years. Previous Product Experience: Dairy products such as cheese, paneer, butter, powdered milk, etc. Experience with FMCG edible products. Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language is mandatory. Demographic Exposure: Should be familiar with assigned local routes.
