We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bid/ Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting bids/tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for timely submissions. Key Responsibilities:. -Prepare, compile, and submit bid/tender documents within stipulated deadlines. -Ensure tender compliance by reviewing terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria. -Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, technical, etc.) to gather required documentation. -Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders, follow-ups, and outcomes. -Prepare financial and technical bid documents as per requirements. -Monitor tender portals for updates, corrigenda, and deadlines. -Handle queries and clarifications related to tender documentation. -Assist in post-tender activities like negotiations, contract documentation, and compliance reporting. Key Skills Required: -Strong knowledge of tendering/bidding process. -Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). -Good written and verbal communication skills. -Strong organizational and time-management s' -Knowledge of GeM (Government e Marketplace Portal).
