Position Summary: The Business Analyst will help accelerate and advance Sundyne's global pricing strategy to continuously improve pricing effectiveness and efficiency. The role is responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders to execute and report on pricing processes using tools and models to drive revenue and margin objectives. This role will partner closely with Product Management, Finance and Sales teams Key Responsibilities: • Run analysis to help manage list price and discount frameworks that drive customer performance while maintaining margin targets • Monitor implementation and adherence to pricing guidelines • Measure and track impact of pricing changes • Design and generate new reports and dashboards as needed • Communicate key insights to cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders • Develop sales enablement content regarding pricing • Ad hoc reporting leveraging Power BI to support strategic business decisions • Performs other duties as assigned. Technical/Functional Skills • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Experience working with large databases and data visualization tools • Confidence dealing with less-than-perfect data (e.g., cleansing, transforming, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong supervisory and leadership skills. • Master's degree • Knowledge of SQL, BI, and familiarity with JDE (or other MRP System) is a plus Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field of study. • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, pricing strategy or similar analytics roles. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Position Summary: The Mechanical Engineer will select equipment & auxiliaries required for pump packages, including sub-assemblies to support the Sundyne product lines. The Mechanical Engineer will be supporting multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Management of the assigned mechanical design projects from Sales order review stage to handover to production. Undertake responsibility for project related design, processing and supporting activities for the assigned product range. Review of the customer project design specifications, communication with Sales/Tendering team to transform the customer requirements into product through order related engineering. Preparation and review of the customer facing documents such as Pump Cross Section drawings, Pump General Arrangement drawings, P&ID drawings, Wiring diagram etc. in 2D or 3D. Review and approval of buyout component drawings & documents related to Motor, Coupling, Mechanical Seal & Systems, Control & Safety Valves, Gear box, Heat Exchanger, noise attenuation etc. Review of the Instruments requirement & co-ordination with Instrumentation team. Preparation, check & release of the Bill of Material (BOM) in ERP. Communicate with Customers & sub-suppliers as necessary. Support & coordinate with different teams of Operations, Purchase, Sales, Quality & Testing during the complete cycle of the order execution. Manufacturing support, machine design, understanding of GD&T. Provide engineering support to the pump site commissioning team until successful operation of the equipment is supplied. Proactively engage & support company initiatives designed to promote a culture of safe working, environmental protection and continual improvement. Technical/Functional Skills Experience in Centrifugal Pump engineering field, knowledge & interpretation of applicable industry standards (API-610, 682, 614, 671 ASME Pressure Vessel Code, ASME Standards, AGMA, NACE, etc.) Must have hands on experience with AutoCAD design software. Experience in NX, engineering base & Teamcenter will be an added advantage. Conversant with the use of the ERP tool, experience in JDE will be an added advantage. Independent and proactive with good communication & interpersonal skills. Managed and executed multiple tasks while taking directions from several sources. High sense of ownership, strong work ethic, focused on details and results oriented. Position Summary: The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for preparing engineering documents and drawings to support order engineering team in execution of Sundyne projects. The position will be required to support multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of technical documentation such as P&ID, Datasheets, C&E, Logic diagrams, etc., creation of part numbers in ERP system and generation of Bill of Materials. Understand customer order scope, technical specifications and datasheets. Support order engineering team for detailed engineering of compressor package and support systems in accordance with the latest API Standards (main & auxiliary drivers, heat exchangers, seal gas heaters, lube oil pumps, instruments, gages, surge control valves and systems, etc.) Technical/Functional skills: Good understanding of project documentation like P&ID, Equipment datasheets, C&E, logic diagrams, etc. Software competency in Engineering base, ERP systems, AutoCAD and Visio is preferred. Working knowledge of rotating equipment like compressors, pumps, etc. and auxiliary support systems like dry gas seal systems, lube oil systems, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, valves, filters, etc. Self-motivated and highly organized Excellent team player. Good verbal & written communication skills Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering 2 to 7 years of relevant engineering experience Work experience in oil & gas, petrochemical and refining industry is preferred.

Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

Job description The position provides electrical, and control & instrumentation (C&I) engineering support to project management and operations through the engineering and production cycle. Duties & Responsibilities: Study project and customer specification documents and develop control package accordingly. Maintain product safety in all designs. Performs system specification, design, architecture, and development for Control Systems (Siemens and Rockwell PLC based) and machinery monitoring systems such as Bently Nevada Knowledge of Networking and HMI Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for projects or internal use Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, flow charts and piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) Duties will include generation of PLC Code, Bill of Materials, PLC Wiring drawing Control narrative, Cause and Effect matrix, IO List, Modbus list and all associated controls documentation. Prepare Factory Acceptance Test procedure and complete the test at our facility. Repeat for customer witness. Perform basic design and troubleshooting of communications networks and wiring for Ethernet, Modbus, and fieldbus. Specification of process valves and instrumentation associated with performance and anti-surge controllers. Follow local and international regulatory codes. Prepares and reviews skid electrical installation and needed BOM. Effectively plan, schedule, manage and report on multiple projects with various deadlines and responsibility levels Some travel, including international, is required for field support and customer meetings. Skills: Understand all aspects of automation including PLC, DCS, SCADA/HMI, SIS, Electrical Design, Instrumentation Design and Industrial IT. Familiar with configuration of various automation systems. Ability to develop code, specify hardware and develop/modify HMI graphics. Candidate should be capable of understanding Oil, Gas and Petrochemical process systems.
