Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Intern role based in Biswanath. The intern will assist with IT operations, including network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting network security protocols, and providing customer service solutions for technical inquiries. The role will provide hands-on experience in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless technology operations to support business activities. this Role also demands for creation of applications to integrate newer systems in the organisation Stripend will be calculated based on merit Internship Certificate & LOR will be provided at the end upon evaluation Qualifications Strong knowledge of Network Administration and Information Technology concepts Proficiency in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues effectively Understanding of Network Security to ensure the protection of the organization’s systems Excellent Customer Service skills to address technical concerns and communicate effectively Ability to work on-site in Biswanath and collaborate within a team environment Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Relevant certifications in IT and network management are a plus
