Role & responsibilities Sales: Promote and sell diagnostic instruments and reagents to hospitals, labs, and clinics. Achieve assigned sales targets and expand customer base. Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions. Prepare quotations, participate in tenders, and manage key accounts. Gather market insights and report competitor activities. Service: Install, calibrate, and maintain diagnostic instruments. Provide timely troubleshooting and technical support. Conduct preventive maintenance and handle AMC/CMC services. Train end-users on instrument operation and upkeep. Maintain service logs and coordinate with principals for technical issues.
