About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our remote-first team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to develop data-driven solutions that support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Work with complex datasets to extract insights and build predictive models. Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms. Analyze business problems and propose data-backed solutions. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data. Clean, preprocess, and validate data for modeling. Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed. Required Skills Must-Have Skills Strong knowledge of Python Experience with machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn). Hands-on experience with SQL and databases. Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop). Exposure to MLOps tools and techniques. NLP, Computer Vision, or Time Series forecasting experience. Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
