The role involves assisting with solar product development, conducting performance analysis, supporting operational processes, and participating in project implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include data collection, preparing technical reports, collaborating with relevant teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Graduate will also contribute to problem-solving and innovation within solar energy initiatives. Qualifications Technical knowledge in Renewable Energy, Solar Photovoltaic Systems, and Energy Management Skills in Data Analysis, Report Preparation, and Performance Evaluation Strong Communication and Team Collaboration skills Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Attention to Detail Willingness to work on-site in Palsana and adapt to hands-on tasks Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance in the solar sector is a plus
