We are looking for a CNC Programmer to create and edit CNC programs for turning and milling machines. The role involves preparing programs, setting tools, and ensuring parts are produced as per drawings with good quality. Responsibilities: Create CNC programs using CAM software and G-code. Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines. Read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances. Select cutting tools, speeds, and feeds. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes. Maintain machine efficiency and quality standards. Requirements: Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens/Mastercam, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Hands-on experience in CNC turning/milling. Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, CMM). Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
