Deliver technical training, workshops, and demonstrations to trainees or junior engineers. Stay updated with the latest industrial technologies and standards. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 5–10 years of solid industrial experience in design, development, and machinery implementation. Demonstrated expertise in developing practical, working engineering systems . Strong interest in mentorship, training , and applied engineering education. Experience in vocational training, technical education, or skills development. Certifications or accolades in relevant industry domains. Strong communication skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
