About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Aurangabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Identify potential buyers and generate new leads through field visits, calls, and digital channels. Present and promote residential/commercial projects to prospective clients. Maintain strong client relationships and follow up to ensure successful deal closures. Coordinate site visits and guide clients through the property selection process. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns. Maintain accurate sales reports and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate or Marketing background preferred). 13 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality, confident presentation, and client-focused attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp communication tools.
